Job Description
Reporting to Portfolio Reservations Manager, you are often the first point of contact for our guests who will :
- Use the hotel systems to process and input all reservation types in an accurate and efficient manner
- Maintain a positive selling approach to maximize yield in both occupancy and rates
- Respond to guest calls according to hotel policy and ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Ensure the arrivals list is checked daily to display the correct rate and market codes
- Ensure accurate data is recorded for all reservations
- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests

The ideal candidate is highly organised and possesses exceptional time management and communication skills. You will be responsible for delivering consistently accurate and high-quality service for our clients – every interaction, every day.
Previous experience in a similar role preferredPossess strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workflow and workload individually and across the teamFlexibility to work varied shifts, including weekendsAn outcome-driven approach to performance and resultsA natural ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationshipsPrior experience working with Opera Cloud and RESAweb is advantageousAdditional Information
