Job descriptionSalary package of $85-115K + Super Fantastic bonus scheme based on holistic assessment of your performance, following probation Independent & flexible role working from your home office Professional development up to $2000 / year - customised & in line with your role Full-time or potential for part-time (4 days / week) Progress your career in Workplace Health with an organisation that values your development Smartphone & laptop Reimbursement for travel, tolls & parking All business expenses Work from home & visit clients in the region Proactively manage a moderately sized caseload of Workplace Health clients Focus on quality & achieving outcomes ADLs, Workplace, Functional & Ergonomic Assessments Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals Opportunity to provide inhouse RTW services for employer customers Assist with training & coaching of other Consultants & progress to a leadership role as the team grows (if of interest) AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist 1 year+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable, strong Clinical candidates eager to transition into the industry welcome to apply A confident communicator, you excel in developing relationships with all stakeholders Comfortable working independently & as part of a growing team Energetic & positive, you enjoy making a difference to the lives of others Driver's licence & car
