Overview
We’re looking for a Service & Experience Designer (with UX / UI skills) to co-design digital and AI solutions with clients. You’ll capture complex challenges in workshops, map customer journeys, and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs). This is a hands-on, client-facing role working with executives, frontline staff, and our consulting team to create clarity and impact in every engagement.
Base pay range : AU $120,000 – 140,000 + super. Location : Sydney, Australia. Employment type : On-site, Permanent, Full-time.
What You’ll Do
- Lead co-design workshops and journey mapping with clients
- Capture solution ideas visually and translate them into wireframes and prototypes in Figma
- Add light UI polish to make concepts engaging and usable
- Structure designs so they can be built into Microsoft PoCs
- Collaborate with facilitators, consultants, and developers
- Contribute to reusable templates and design toolkits
