At RSGx, we specialise in delivering electrical, instrumentation, and engineering solutions across Australia. As our business grows, so does our commitment to developing a workplace that supports, engages, and empowers our people. We're now seeking a Senior People Advisor to join our Perth-based team and help drive people-focused outcomes across our national workforce.

Your New Opportunity

Based in Burswood, you’ll act as the right hand to our National HR Manager, stepping into a true 2IC role with oversight of operational HR delivery, workforce development, and strategic people initiatives.

This is a unique chance to lead from the middle – working closely with site leaders and national contacts while influencing career pathways, apprenticeships, and skilled migration support across the company. It’s a hands-on, business-facing role with plenty of variety and scope to make your mark.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with leaders across the business to provide trusted HR advice and support
  • Oversee and enhance our national apprenticeship program, from recruitment to development tracking
  • Manage the visa and mobility process for sponsored workers and new arrivals
  • Coordinate employee training programs and compliance-based development
  • Support career framework and succession planning initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards, and internal policies
  • Identify areas for improvement across HR systems, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide meaningful insights to guide decision-making
  • Collaborate nationally to ensure HR consistency across all sites

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in HR generalist roles, ideally in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors
  • Proven experience managing or supporting apprenticeship programs
  • Working knowledge of visa processes and liaising with migration agents or Home Affairs
  • Familiarity with training coordination and development planning
  • Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and awards
  • Experience using HRIS and payroll platforms
  • A proactive, collaborative style and strong interpersonal skills
  • High levels of professionalism, initiative, and confidentiality
  • Why You’ll Love Working with RSGx

  • Hybrid work options
  • Free off-street parking just a short walk from the office
  • Work with a friendly, no-ego team that listens and values your voice
  • Join a powerhouse in the industry! RSGx, ranked as the 59th fastest-growing company in Australia.
