This is a new opportunity for a DesignDirector to join a leading high end healthcare design and construction group, based in Sydney West, with offices nationally.

Theposition reports to the Managing Director and requires a talented, confidentand enthusiastic design professional to join the corporate team and lead the design and drafting teams, working in a client facing role with allstakeholders from start to finish.

Responsibilities

A high level of confidence and ability in obtaining and meeting client briefs with creative solutions and excellent client centric service levels.

A proven history of supporting a highly driven team in delivering exceptional design presentations to prospective clients and maintaining very high standards.

Ability to manage the design program with external consultants and internal design team.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

The idealcandidate will have Architectural or interior design qualifications and a demonstrated relevant history, preferably in medical or top level office fitout design.
