Providing support to individuals throughout the local community, our client currently has part-time and casual opportunities available.

• About the Role
• Working with clients in their own homes, within aged care facilities and out in the community
• Support individuals and enrich communities
• Help provide independence for an individual
• Daily tasks will include transportation of clients to appointments / shopping, laundry, bed making, housekeeping, cleaning bathrooms, social support, and companionship as well as personal care.

• Ability to use smart phones and handheld devices
• Ability to travel to clients' homes including current Australian driver licence and reliable, registered vehicle
• Willingness to obtain your NDIS Worker Check and FA / CPR
