Overview
Senior Project Officer, Merchandise to join Campus Services, Administrative Division. The Senior Project Officer, Merchandise is responsible for driving strategies to generate revenue and provide high level customer-focused service to students, staff and visitors. The position will formulate and deliver a range of merchandise and retail marketing strategies to optimise commercial return and promote QUT within the community. A key component of the role will be developing and maintaining highly productive and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and clients. What You Will Do
- Drive strategies to generate revenue and deliver high level customer-focused service to students, staff and visitors.
- Formulate and deliver merchandise and retail marketing strategies to optimise commercial return and promote QUT.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Campus Services objectives.
What You Need To Succeed
Education, training and experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications, or progress towards postgraduate qualifications, in marketing and visual communication with demonstrated relevant experience in brand management, creative, publishing and advertising projects.Proven experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, including delivery of key projects to a high-quality standard.Experience in print / digital production management with the ability to work closely with design / creative teams and understanding of print and digital design production specifications.Highly developed collaboration skills across multiple teams, including planning resources, developing schedules and resolving issues.Strong interpersonal, negotiation and liaison skills with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level, and ability to maintain key client relationships.Experience in budgeting and delivering projects within financial parameters.About Us
