Aged Care Workers play a vital role in the lives of the older persons by providing quality, responsive and compassionate care that supports a trusted and long-term relationship with our older persons. Working closely with the Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and the collaborative healthcare team, the Aged Care Workers will provide person-centred care to support the older persons.

We offer an organised swing roster, with regular rotations and known leave dates, so you can plan your life around work. This is a remote position in the Lower Gulf on a 6 week on 2 week off rotating roster.
