Job Description
As a Workforce Planning Project Analyst , you will be responsible for evaluating the design and coordination of the crew resource plan for the E190 EIS Program underwriting crew resourcing strategy, supporting rapid change and significantly improving the efficiency of crew utilisation. The position partners with the E190 EIS Program stakeholders, including Head of EIS Program, the Senior Program and Change Manager EIS, as well as the Chief Pilot & Head of Flight Operations and Head of Cabin Crew & Customer Experience for Network Aviation for the successful implementation of E190. This position has responsibility for end‑to‑end monitoring, analysing and reporting on resourcing data, system testing and capability from EIS to roster build and publication.
