Learning & Development Coordinator

A rewarding part-time opportunity is available for an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to support training and development programs across the organisation. This role suits someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with learning management systems (LMS). You’ll play an important role in coordinating training activities and maintaining accurate records.

The Role

Working closely with the Senior Manager, Learning & Development, you will :

• Coordinate and administer training programs
• Maintain accurate LMS and participant training records
• Prepare training calendars, bulletins, certificates, and program communications
• Support logistics including room bookings, materials, and event coordination
• Manage enquiries through the training inbox
• Assist with reporting, compliance tasks, and general L&D administration
• Provide administrative support across all training and development initiatives

Competitive hourly rate or pro-rated salary, depending on experience
