About the Role

As a 2IC, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Business Manager to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing retail team. You’ll be hands‑on across all areas of store operations, from coaching and customer service to stock and styling. This is the perfect step for someone ready to take their leadership skills to the next level within a premium, purpose‑led brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting daily store operations and decision‑making
• Assisting in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
• Delivering a consistently exceptional customer experience
• Driving store KPIs and sales performance
• Assisting with stock control, visual merchandising, and rostering
• Acting as Store Manager when required
