Job descriptionMotivate and drive increased sales performance Exceptional people management skills, capable of leading and upskilling a diverse team Proficient in inventory control and stocktake procedures Drive to exceed KPI's and store goals Budgeting and expense management capabilities, or a willingness to learn Ambition to grow sales Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in digital POS system, MS Office and retail invoicing systems Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive (preferred)
Overview
Position : Store Manager
We are seeking an accomplished and proficient Store Manager to lead our bustling store. You will demonstrate success in team management, deliver proven sales outcomes in the tyre and automotive sector, and exhibit adept inventory control skills.
Responsibilities
- Build sales and profitability, and manage the daily operations of the store.
- Lead and develop the team, providing sound advice and ensuring high-quality work.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain customer satisfaction.
