You’ll spend time hiring world leading technologists, whilst breathing new life into new talent functions, leveraging your expertise to advise and partner with renowned People figures.

This role offers a hybrid working model, with time split between Preacta’s HQ (up to 2 days per week) and onsite with the client (1–2 days per week), working closely with their internal TA team, with the remaining days giving you flexibility to work from home. We understand flexibility is important and will work with you to ensure the arrangement supports both your success and your lifestyle.

What you’ll do :

• Leverage state of the art hiring strategies to generate high quality inbound and outbound technology candidate pipelines
• Think strategically, partnering with our Talent Intelligence teams to map markets & develop hiring strategies that scale
• Act as client liaison and subject matter expert for operational TA matters
• Foster collaborative, supporting relationships with Preacta team‑mates and client teams
• Adopt a “One Team” mentality, we seamlessly integrate with our client teams enabling us to deliver maximal transformational impact
• Influence, stakeholder manage and negotiate at all levels
• Bring new ideas to improve decision‑making, efficiency, and productivity
• Contribute to client voices to market and employer branding activities
• Sharpen, hone your skill set, seeking advice from your incredible team‑mates
