The Deputy Chief Information and Digital Officer will drive strategic change aligned with improving the day-to-day operational efficiency of Victoria Legal Aid’s (VLA) Digital Transformation and Technology (DTT) team.
About the role:
The Deputy Chief Information and Digital Officer will play a pivotal leadership role overseeing the development, implementation, and management of all IT systems, infrastructure, and initiatives. You will use your strategic vision to ensure the alignment of the Digital Transformation and Technology strategy with organisation goals, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of excellence within the DTT team.
This position will develop a high-performance culture that prioritises client needs and experience and recognises DTT as a valuable and enabling service partner. You will use a client centred approach to identify areas of improvement and work towards enhancing service delivery.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
