This is a pivotal executive-level opportunity to join a high-growth, multi-disciplinary consultancy and lead the Environment & Sustainability division for the Victorian geography.

About the Opportunity

In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for accelerating the market position of our client's environmental services within the renewables, rail, water, roads, and complex infrastructure sectors. You will drive a culture of excellence, integrating with cross-divisional teams to support collective growth and technical innovation. This role offers a blend of high-level business development, technical governance, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth & Business Development : Lead business development activities, identify new industry opportunities, and cultivate long-term strategic client relationships.
• Service Delivery Excellence : Manage the delivery of profitable, high-quality professional services across the entire project lifecycle for multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead recruitment efforts and mentor professional team members to enhance technical capabilities and maintain a positive, values-driven team culture.
• Project Governance : Oversee project level planning, including scheduling, resource planning, and financial management to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Technical & Regulatory Liaison : Act as a key point of contact for Statutory Authorities and stakeholders, providing strategic advisory services and technical support to project teams.
• Commercial Management : Manage revenue, profitability, and margins across the Southern division while ensuring high standards of safety and commercial aptitude.
