Description : Your opportunity

As our valued Personal Care Worker at McLaren Vale Residential Aged Care, you\'ll ensure the best possible quality of life for our residents. By providing continual support in daily living tasks, you\'ll contribute to a safe, home-like environment that upholds residents\' comfort, independence, and dignity.

With care and compassion, you will :

• Provide personal care, including assistance with showering, grooming, and dressing
• Support residents with daily living tasks, such as eating, general cleaning, and social activities
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare team members to ensure individual care plans are followed
• Make progress notes and communicate any changes in residents\' health status
• Nurture friendly, empathetic, and professional relationships with residents and their families.

Note : This is a permanent part-time position, offering 8 shifts per fortnight. The roster is as follows :
