The Opportunity

Following the signing of new preferred supplier agreements with major national contractors in Sydney, we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll be empowered to :

  • Manage and grow strong relationships with a long‑standing client base
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Work within a well‑resourced desk, supported by a refined database and proven tools

Even if you don’t come from a construction or mining recruitment background, our tailored training and market‑specific resources will ensure you’re set up for success in a thriving sector.

What Do You Need?

  • Experience in recruitment, working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong time management and critical thinking ability
  • An eye for detail; know how to work and think outside of the box
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A drive to learn more and develop yourself professionally
  • Key strengths in building and maintaining lasting client relationships
