What We’re Looking For
Enjoy having variety in their day.Can build positive relationships with clients and their families.Care about assisting our aged community members to live independently at home for longer.Are comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your manager for help.In Addition, You Will Need
A valid Australian Driver’s Licence & your own insured, roadworthy vehicleAn interest in community care or aged care (experience preferred but not essential).The Role
In the role of Home Care Worker you will be providing our aged care clients with home help services, such as :
General housekeeping and making bedsCleaning, mopping and vacuuming floorsWashing, folding and ironing laundryMeal preparation and grocery shoppingProviding social support and transport to lifestyle activitiesHelping the family carer to have a break or an opportunity to do other things.Why Choose Silverchain
