Aussie Locums Locum Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist Job Ref: 1430155 ASAP: 4 – 6 weeks (neg) Salary details: $50 – $60 per hour + Superannuation Location: Wollongong, NSW Seeking either Physiotherapist | OT to fulfill a short-term contract in Wollongong within the residential aged care space. As an Aged Care Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for elderly residents by providing specialized physiotherapy services in the Wollongong is the perfect blend of vibrant city life, stunning coastal scenery, adventure and art. There is something for everyone whether it be food, surf, art, coffee, history or nightlife. Only a 90 minute drive from Sydney, visit home on the weekends or spend them exploring Wollongong All about the role

• Provide evidence-based therapy to residents to address mobility, pain management & overall well-being.
• Implement treatment strategies tailored to patient needs
• Small Group exercise classes, rehabilitation, and short-term restorative care
• Patient centred assessments – in accordance with the AN-ACC model helping residents achieve their restoration care goals.

The skills and experience I need for this job

• Ability to work & adhere to policies and procedures
• Aged care experience preferred not mandatory
• Current FULL AHPRA registration
• Current flu + 3 x Covid Vaccinations
• NDIS worker screening check
• Ability to meet all credentialling requirements
