Job descriptionWork Health and Safety | Ensuring strict compliance with all safety requirements, fostering a strong safety culture and maintaining a safe working environment. Site Supervision | Supervising all operational areas to successfully deliver the haulage and site services strategy. Equipment Management | Contribute to maximising equipment utilisation while ensuring safe operation and effective maintenance. At least 4 years’ project supervisory experience within mining haulage and earthmoving operations. Ideally, similar prior supervisory experience in mining services contractor space. Must hold a Section 26 qualification. Completion of BSBWHS411 - Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures, and programs and BSBWHS414 - Contribute to WHS risk management. Ability to apply and administer the implementation of Fatigue Management Strategies. Valid driver’s licence. Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office and project / organisational systems. Good understanding of cost control and reporting. Proven ability to apply critical thinking and resolve complex matters. High level of accountability and responsibility, with a strong work ethic and a great work attitude. Well developed time management and project delivery skills in fast paced, busy environments. A proactive leader who champions change and inspires others to achieve positive outcomes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the workforce and external stakeholders. A collaborative and consultative team approach.
