You'll be empowered to focus on your career progression and turn your goals into reality as an integral part of the group's success.About the RoleWorking in a fast-paced team environment on a client's site, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on the efficiently handling and sorting of mails, ensuring its accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.Scope of the role includes : Daily mail and courier managementHandling and resolving customer's phone and email enquiriesMaintaining of office equipment, office supplies and stationeryMaintaining database and updates of presentationCourier bookings and lodgements with various courier companiesAd hoc administration and dutiesSome heavy lifting maybe involvedAbout youFor you to be successful in this role, you should display a positive "can-do" attitude and must be a highly reliable individual.

You should have a keen eye for details and always work with accuracy with a good level of computer literacy.

You have excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills and have the desire to deliver and exceed our client expectations.Key Skills and experience include : Strong communication and a focus on delivering exceptional customer serviceThe ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standardsPrevious customer service experienced highly regardedGood knowledge of MS Office and an ability to quickly learn new technology
