Location : Australia-wide (hybrid or remote options negotiable)

Clearance : Must be able to obtain NV1 Security Clearance

Citizenship Requirement : Australian Citizens only

Are you an experienced Senior Support Engineer with deep Salesforce expertise? A major federal government program is seeking a motivated and skilled engineer to join their Technology Services Division delivering transformative digital and cloud-based solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to support mission-critical platforms that improve the lives of thousands of Australians. You'll work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience applications.

Investigate and resolve issues related to OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures).

Conduct ongoing Salesforce administration-user management, monitoring metrics, and ensuring data integrity.

Manage change deployments using an established DevOps framework .

Troubleshoot APIs and integration issues with tools like MuleSoft .

Provide detailed analysis of new Salesforce releases and their organisational impact.

Develop and maintain documentation, provide training, and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.

Work cross-functionally with stakeholders in business, architecture, and data teams.

About You

You are a team player with :

Minimum 5 years' experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Proven experience with Salesforce Industries and OmniStudio .

Familiarity with Apex, Triggers, Controllers , and Object-Oriented Programming principles.

Strong experience in version control, branching , and metadata deployments .

Certifications in Salesforce Admin (ADM201 or ADM211) and Platform App Builder .

Desirable Skills

Experience supporting Experience Cloud .

Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript .

Platform Developer I or Vlocity certification .

Awareness of and commitment to accessible design and development .

Applicants must be Australian Citizens and be able to obtain NV1 security clearance .
