What you'll do

Build and execute Bielby's NSW business plan.

Win and deliver major civil infrastructure projects.

Develop strong, lasting client relationships.

Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.

Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental excellence.

Drive commercial performance and shape long-term business strategy.

What you'll bring

20+ years in civil construction, including leading large-scale infrastructure projects.

Proven ability to win work, lead teams, and deliver results.

Strong commercial and contractual acumen.

The drive and strategic vision to establish and grow a business in a new market.
