About the Role
The Director of Education Pathways and Partnerships is responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative and strategic education pathways into the University. The role focuses on identifying and strengthening partnerships across schools, the VET sector, industry, and government to support workforce needs and broaden student access. The Director provides strategic advice and collaborates across internal functions including academic Colleges, Curriculum Impact, Admissions, Marketing, and External Engagement to deliver pathway and partnership initiatives that drive student enrolment targets, equity outcomes, and graduate employability.

You will have a proven record of leading strategic initiatives that create lasting impact for both students and the University. You will have experience leading high-performing teams, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach. You will be confident navigating complex environments, managing competing priorities, and delivering outcomes through innovation and continuous improvement, with a broad strategic outlook.
