Key Responsibilities

As an IT Senior Systems Administrator , you will :

• Provide expert-level support for Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10 / 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure-based solutions.
• Deliver endpoint management services using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) , including OS deployment, software updates, and application packaging.
• Manage and maintain desktop operating system images across physical and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), particularly using Omnissa Horizon.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer onboarding, solution architecture, and emerging technology research.
• Participate in project delivery, technical responses for proposals, and pre-sales activities like demonstrations and proof of concepts.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Provide after-hours support as part of an on-call roster, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
