Job descriptionQuoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceed monthly sales targets Support and handle walk in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets Minimum 2 years’ retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry GDS experience Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently ?️ Set Sail on Exclusive Perks : Opportunities to participate in onboard ship inspections and enjoy exclusive cruise discounts for your personal seafaring adventures ?
