- About the role
- Handling customer service enquiries and processing orders
- Operating hours are Monday to Friday, with 7.5-hour shifts between 7 : 30 am to 6 : 00 pm. 37.5 hours per week.
- Four-week duration, ASAP start.
- Melbourne CBD location.
- Some overtime may be available from time to time, depending on demand / workload.
- About you
- Have a dedicated customer focus and proactive nature. You will be the first point for all customer contact and thrive in problem-solving.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team as required.
- Effective time management and planning skills. The ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines as required.
- Strong computer literacy. The ability to use CRM packages (Salesforce, Oracle) and seamlessly manage the customer experience and internal processes.
- Experience with order entry via a web-based portal. Ability to follow a set order entry process.
- Ability to coordinate with 3PL service providers (terminals) for the outbound supply of products to customers.
- Experience within agribusiness would be highly regarded (fertiliser, grain, chemical or any relevant bulk commodity).
