We’re on the lookout for an Application Support Analyst with 2+ years experience looking for an opportunity to further develop their experience, as part of our Technology Solutions team, based in our Macquarie Park corporate office.

This role will be supporting a broad range of applications (finance, workforce planning, asset management, etc) with end-user support, system configuration and continuous improvement initiatives.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

This multi-functional role encompasses a broad range of skills and requires a Support Analyst who is the main contact for all support requests, owning issues from notification to resolution (including managing escalations).  You will be capable of covering application support (once necessary training is completed) in both functional and technical areas, as outlined below :

• Level 1 and Level 2 end user support management.
• User training and demonstrations
• User / security management and system configuration
• New site implementations
• Testing of new system enhancements
