In a client-facing consulting role, you will work on projects that transform our client’s solutions with a focus on Microsoft Digital Identity capabilities and other leading market vendors (e.g., Saviynt & One Identity). You will work for both Accenture and Accenture clients, ranging from medium to large global enterprise clients. What you’ll do
- Develop and implement modern authentication solutions using OAuth, SAML, ID / Access / Refresh Token, and Claim Rules Transformation.
- Manage identities using Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO, Application proxy, Authentication methods, and Authentication Strength.
- Oversee identity management processes such as JML / IGA.
- Understand and work with Active Directory (AD) security, tiered modelling, GPOs, DNS, Microsoft Certification Authority / PKI.
- Understand and work with AD recovery, PowerShell and LDAP.
- Understand and work with Entra ID Hybrid Sync, PAW, CA Policies, MFA, PIM, FIDA, SSO.
- Understand and work with Entra Application Provisioning, including SCIM and Custom Attribute Schema.
- Understand and work with Entra Identities, including members, external and client identities.
- Understand and work with Microsoft Entra ID to manage identities, conditional access, MFA, and identity governance.
- Understand IAM lifecycle management concepts, including provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.
- Analyze complex IAM issues, troubleshoot, and implement solutions.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Work within agile methodologies, contributing to backlog items and continuous improvement.
Skills and experiences
Experience in consulting and advisory discussions with clients and other consulting firms.Strong understanding of Active Directory and legacy authentication protocols (LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, etc.).Understanding of Entra ID and Entra ID Domain Services (and respective scenarios).Experience with modern authentication protocols and integrating applications using those protocols.Experience leading small to medium project design and delivery (solution architecture and related infrastructure or business and functional requirements).Understanding of business, privacy, security, and compliance challenges surrounding Digital Identities and passion for solving these challenges for clients.Experience with privileged access management solutions and secrets management.About you
Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft identity management functionality, capabilities, and limitations.Proficiency in modern authentication protocols such as OAuth and SAML.Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO and authentication methods.Experience with AD security, management and resilience.Familiarity with Entra Application Provisioning and SCIM.Ability to manage various types of identities using Microsoft Entra ID.Skilled in automation and scripting with PowerShell and Azure tools.Understanding of basic security principles and secure coding practices.Knowledge of IAM lifecycle management concepts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for IAM issues.Good communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.Comfortable working within agile methodologies.Benefits of working at Accenture
