About The Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to provide day‑to‑day operational assistance and support to our fantastic team in Salisbury. Working closely with your team you will ensure exceptional service to our customers – the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring customers receive friendly and the best possible service.
• Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing leadership and training to create an inclusive and harmonious work culture.
• Ensuring compliance with all procedures and further enhancing a strong WH&S culture.
• Working closely alongside the team and Branch Manager to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, with a passion for sales and operational excellence.
• Enthusiastic, ambitious, and strongly motivated to learn and build a career with us.
• Experience in leading or mentoring a team desirable.
• Experience in electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry highly regarded.
