Overview
Brand Manager - McPherson's Consumer Products - Health Portfolio. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to oversee the development and execution of our brand strategy for our Health Portfolio across all channels. With significant growth plans, the successful candidate will drive sustainable brand growth by executing brand strategies, plans, and day-to-day activities including execution of innovation and budget management in alignment with business and brand objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Trends & Insights : Build a deep understanding of macro category and consumer trends & insights and translate into actionable brand strategies and plans.
- Brand Strategy : Implement brand strategies that align with business objectives and growth targets across key geographic markets.
- Contribute to the development of strategic 3-year brand plans that build equity and unlock long term category and business growth.
- Identify consumer trends and insights to inform brand strategy.
- Execute brand plans with excellence to meet brand & business objectives and reinforce brand positioning.
- Innovation : Support the development and implementation of strong 3-year innovation pipelines working collaboratively cross-functionally to execute with excellence.
- Communication : Execute communication strategies and rolling 12-18 month media plans ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness to build equity and drive brand growth. Implement test and learn initiatives embracing new marketing techniques and compelling communication strategies. Evaluate marketing campaigns monitoring and optimising campaign performance for maximum ROI.
- Budget Management : Manage brand budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation to maximise ROI and delivering monthly forecasting accuracy.
- Leadership and Collaboration : Contribute to peer growth and development fostering a high-performance culture. Maintain strong collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders / partners.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing with proven success in brand management with a focus on executionStrong understanding of brand strategy and marketing principlesProven success in implementing innovationExcellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skillsStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partnersA passion for brands with a consumer-centric mindsetGood financial acumen with experience in managing brand budgetsCollaborative and team-oriented mindsetExperience with VMS or OTC customer preferredAbility to think creatively and strategicallyKey Interfaces and Stakeholders
