About the Role

Reporting to the Delivery Lead, you will build confidence, capability, and customer excellence by delivering onboarding and upskilling experiences for our frontline and customer‑facing teams, focusing on home and motor insurance. You will work with modern learning tools to ensure every team member feels ready to thrive from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver energising induction and upskilling sessions that build product knowledge, service skills, and confidence.
- Track learner progress, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement.
- Use tech tools such as LMS platforms and virtual training systems to deliver interactive learning experiences.
- Monitor training effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and engagement insights.
- Keep training content up to date with business changes and learner needs.
- Act as a voice for learners – gather feedback, spot skill gaps, and suggest improvements to drive growth.
Essential Qualifications
Strong facilitation skills.Solid understanding of how people learn, with knowledge of adult learning principles.Top‑tier communication and organisation skills.Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing or service‑driven environment.Team‑first mindset with the ability to self‑manage and adapt to change.Desirable Qualifications
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).Background or certification in Financial Services.Location
This role is open at any of our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast locations, giving you the flexibility to choose the office that suits your lifestyle. Travel between sites will be required.
