Retail Part Time Team Leader Benalla

Were looking for a Part Time Team Leader to support our store teams and regularly step into a leadership this position youll lead shifts more frequently support day-to-day store operations and guide team members to deliver great customer experiences particularly during periods when a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is not in-store.

This role is well suited to someone on a pathway toward retail management with the potential and motivation to grow into future leadership roles. Training and development will be provided to support you in building your leadership capability.

What youll be doing :

• Leading shifts and supporting the smooth operation of the store
• Supporting and guiding team members to follow store operational and safety processes
• Acting as a point of contact for the team when management is not present
• Assisting customers and delivering friendly helpful service
• Operating registers and handling transactions
• Stocking shelves and maintaining store presentation
• Supporting day-to-day store operations and priorities
