We are working with a well-known, leading global insurance company that is seeking to attract experienced and passionate customer-focused senior-level case managers to newly created roles in Perth. Experience within workers compensation is essential.

For you :

Salaries ranging from $110K – $120K, depending on experience

You will :

Work with a client portfolio to manage workers compensation claims

End-to-end claims management, including determining liability through to finalisation

Support the Team Managers as required with reporting, strategy, and portfolio insights

All we want from you is :

Strong workers compensation case management experience and indepth technical knowledge, applying legislation

Exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement skills

Managing high complex claims

Supporting team members with claims strategies
