You’ll work for two weeks on-site, then head home to Brisbane with a week to yourself. While you’re on site, here’s what you can expect :
- Preparing and cooking large-volume, high-quality meals (sometimes for 3,000+ people daily!)
- Following set menus and food safety procedures (HACCP knowledge essential)
- Working collaboratively with your team to deliver consistently high standards
- Day and / or night shifts required working 10+ hours per day
- Contributing to a positive, respectful kitchen culture
