Senior Digital Project Manager

12 months Contract! 12 months Extension option!
Location – ACT - Onsite
Australian Citizens with TSPV Security Clearance

Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager – TSPV Cleared for our esteemed Federal Government Client. This is a 12 months contract with 12 months further options to extend based on funding and approval.

About the Role :

In this role, You will work independently within broad guidelines to manage ICT project requirements, configuration and benefits, and contribute to the definition of multiple tranches of work. You will have experience in major ICT project formal design reviews. Major responsibilities will be :

Manage the continuous business improvement process for the project office.

Maintain accurate project records to comply with record keeping policies and audit activities.

Ensure all work completed meets quality standards and quality control measures.

Engage relevant stakeholders in requirements related matters.

Manage the implementation of a Requirements Change process.

Coordinate evolving project requirements.

Manage the implementation of a Benefits Realisation process.

Technical skills :

Experience in major ICT project formal design reviews.

Lead scoping, requirements definition, and prioritisation for complex initiatives, applying and adapting best-fit methods, tools, and standards. Engages diverse stakeholders, negotiates competing priorities, and manages requirement changes effectively.

Drives benefit realisation across change programs, setting metrics, tracking outcomes against business cases, and ensuring stakeholders are engaged and prepared for new environments.

Provides portfolio, program, and project support, advising on standards and tools, evaluating performance, and contributing to audits and reviews to ensure compliance.

Investigates complex business situations, applying holistic analysis and root cause methods to identify improvements.

Clearance : Australian Citizens with TSPV (Mandatory)
