About The Role

We’re seeking a strategic and hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to lead full‑funnel digital execution across owned, paid, and earned channels. You’ll be responsible for campaign strategy, media planning, performance optimization, and insight generation—driving measurable growth in a fast‑paced, ASX‑listed tech environment. This role suits a data‑driven marketer who thrives on experimentation, understands e‑commerce dynamics, and can translate insights into action.

Key Accountabilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Build, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, and emerging platforms.
  • Apply best practices in account structure, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative iteration.

Full‑Funnel Marketing Leadership

  • Develop integrated strategies across owned (web, email, content), paid (digital ads), and earned (PR, influencer, social) channels.
  • Align digital efforts with acquisition, retention, and revenue goals.
  • Performance Analysis & Experimentation

  • Design and run A / B tests across creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Analyse ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, and other key metrics to inform optimisations.
  • Deliver actionable insights to creative and strategy teams.
  • Media Planning & Budget Management

  • Lead media planning for seasonal campaigns (e.g., Black Friday), including budget allocation across AU and US markets.
  • Monitor pacing and ensure efficient spend across platforms.
  • Reporting & Strategic Support

  • Provide regular performance reports with insights by channel, audience, and creative.
  • Support quarterly planning, forecasting, and strategic reviews.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, privacy changes, and industry trends.
  • Ad Hoc Projects & Marketing Operations Support

  • Support the broader marketing team on ad hoc projects and business initiatives.
  • Contribute to planning, forecasting, and quarterly reviews.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, industry trends, and new opportunities.
  • Requirements

    Essential :

  • 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms, with strong Meta and Google Ads expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience across the full digital marketing funnel : owned (website, email, content), paid (ads), and earned (social, PR, influencer).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with ability to analyse and organise campaign data.
  • Experience with budget management, performance pacing, and ROI optimisation.
  • Familiarity with A / B testing frameworks and growth experimentation.
  • Collaborative and effective at working cross‑functionally with creative, content, and strategy teams.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and highly organised.
  • Nice To Have

  • Experience managing campaigns on Amazon Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and / or DOOH.
  • Knowledge of Google Merchant Center and feed management tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation, attribution platforms, or data visualisation dashboards (e.g., Supermetrics).
  • Understanding of eCommerce, subscription, or app marketing models.
  • What Success Looks Like

  • Achievement of quarterly and annual acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Consistent improvement in CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates across all channels.
  • Successful launch and scaling of campaigns on new / emerging platforms.
  • High frequency of actionable insights delivered to creative and strategy teams.
  • Budget adherence and efficient spend pacing (no over‑ or under‑spend).
  • Zero critical compliance or brand safety incidents.
  • Positive feedback from cross‑functional partners (creative, content, product, commercial).
