We are currently hiring a Project Planner to join our team based in Perth. This role will be critical in defining the duration and resources required to achieve the Project objectives, and taking accountability for ensuring the forecast reliability.
Your key responsibilitiesDevelops a Schedule compliant with the selected execution strategyPlans to mitigate risks and reduce costsDefines and optimizes the necessary resources (E-P-C-I)Defines the Planning & Scheduling system (methods, procedures, time-schedules, physical progress, dashboards, etc.)Defines for the Management, the Proposal Manager and the Estimation Department a Contract duration realistic and feasible for executionDefines the Project Breakdown StructuresSupports Client approval process of the Schedule Baseline, progress claimed or milestones achievementIncreases Project team members' awareness of the Project Milestones, main durations and critical pathsServe as technical referee and manages the Planning & Scheduling team (if any), mainly on small and middle size projectsActs as single point of accountability for all planning & scheduling activities on a projectHighlights areas of concerns and solutions to help achieve a successful and timely completion of ProjectsOperationally manages the project Planning TeamThe skills you will bring5 to 7 years of experience in project executionExperience with scheduling computer tools (primavera / SAP)Understanding of the business principles for the Oil & Gas industry and EPCI projectsAbility to identify deviations from standardsSolid analytical and problem solving skillsAccuracy and attention to detailsYour future at TechnipFMCFlexible work arrangementsAn inclusive and respectful culture, where everyone is encouraged to reach their full potentialCareer development and on the job training and coachingHigher than industry-standard superannuation contributionPaid parental leave for the primary carerSubsidised gym membership and wellness activitiesNine day fortnightLearn more about TechnipFMC and find other open positions by visiting our Career Page.
