Opportunity Details

Federal government opportunity located in Sydney CBD with some hybrid flexibility. 6‑month initial contract with view to further extension. Salary : $49.29 – $53.51 per hour + Super.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and detail oriented APS4 Finance Officer to join the Corporate Finance Team. This position requires strong accounting or finance skills, proven experience working with SAP Financial systems , and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient and timely payment of application fee refunds and travel allowances.
• Provide essential administrative and clerical support, including processing, verifying, and reconciling refunds and allowances.
• Handle all fees and travel‑related enquiries, maintain comprehensive records across multiple systems, and liaise closely with applicants and Registry staff to ensure smooth transactions.
