About The Role

The Regents Park Hotel is seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused Food and Beverage Attendants to join our dynamic team. As a valued member of our hospitality family, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service in a vibrant pub environment, assisting with both bar and dining operations.

Ideal candidates will possess a current RSA certification, a passion for hospitality, and good availability across days, weekends and public holidays.

A Day In The Life Of a F&B Attendant

• Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
• Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
• Deliver top‑notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
• From the first pour of the day to the final lock‑up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky‑high and the experience is one to remember.
• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
