Daily Assistance : Help with personal care, domestic assistance, shopping and more. Monitor Health : Keep an eye on any changes in wellbeing—your watchful eye matters! Social Support : Create a vibrant, engaging environment that brings smiles! Fun Activities : Assist with daily tasks and sprinkle some fun into their routines. Be Their Sunshine : Spend quality time with older adults, sharing laughs and adventures! What you'll bring :

Passionate Helpers : Genuine interest in supporting older adults. Qualifications : We welcome applicants with or without a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent Must-Haves : Valid driver's license, reliable car, basic tech skills. First Aid / CPR certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain. Make an Impact : Strong skills in listening and engaging, insuring that clients feel heard and valued. Hourly Rate : $32.67 per hour (qualified) or $31.64 per hour (unqualified) + 11.5% superannuation.
