What you will do

• Accompany clients to appointments, social activities and community outings, ensuring safe transport and support.
• Build rapport through conversation, companionship and meaningful activities tailored to client interests.
• Follow care plans and communicate changes or concerns to supervisors promptly and professionally.
• Work on an on-demand roster : accept shifts via our scheduling platform and respond to short-notice opportunities.
