Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing HVAC systems, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring that all mechanical installations comply with Australian standards and client requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Design HVAC systems for commercial and residential projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Perform heat load calculations, duct and pipe sizing, and equipment selection using relevant software tools.
• Prepare mechanical design drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of mechanical services, providing technical support to site teams.
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers throughout project life cycles.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in preparing tenders, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and Environmental policies.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies, industry developments, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications :

Salary : $80,000 – $100,000
