About the Role :

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position is responsible for providing supervisor customer service in our Peter Stevens Dealership in Adelaide.

Your Responsibilities :

• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through building strong relationships and consistency of follow-ups.
• Optimise the sale of motorcycles to provide quality service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Respond to and follow up on all sales enquiries via phone, online or walk‑ins.
• Consistently keep up to date with product knowledge and new models and trends in the motorcycle industry.
• Ascertain sales targets while maintaining profit margins.
