What You’ll Own

• Lead a high‑volume kitchen delivering great food across casual dining, parties, functions and premium events
• Drive quality + consistency, from menu execution to presentation to pace
• Coach and lift your team, creating a culture of pride, growth and accountability
• Oversee COGS, ordering, labour efficiencies and kitchen systems
• Ensure food safety, compliance and kitchen standards stay elite
• Roll up your sleeves when the heat is on, because that’s your style
