  • The high-level strategic insight to formulate and maintain the long-term valueof organizational culture and talent acquisition pipelines.
  • Exceptional skills in communication and senior-level stakeholdercollaboration.

  • Independently conceive and execute the overarching People and Culturestrategy and planning, ensuring it fully supports global business objectives.
  • Supervise and direct all essential HR operations, including talent acquisitionprotocols, new hire integration, professional development, performancelifecycle management, and policy execution.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders to implement performance andengagement initiatives that are both impactful and financially sound.
  • Spearhead critical, high-value programs in talent management, organizationalrestructuring, and change management with a foundational focus onemployee well-being.
