CUSTOMER AND DIGITAL LEAD ARCHITECT

Are you an experienced enterprise architect with a strong background in program-level digital strategy, integration, and delivery? We are currently seeking a Customer and Digital Lead Architect to take on a pivotal leadership role supporting a large-scale transformation program.

This is an initial 12-month contract opportunity offering a challenging and rewarding environment where you'll guide architectural strategy and drive outcomes aligned with enterprise standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead the evaluation of digital technologies, platforms, and integration models to support program delivery
• Collaborate with solution architects across multiple workstreams to ensure program and enterprise alignment
• Design and document architectural dependencies, integrations, and cross-functional decisions
• Develop business, data, application, and technology architectures aligned with enterprise frameworks (TOGAF)
• Represent architectural decisions through governance forums and engage senior stakeholders
• Guide the alignment of digital initiatives to business outcomes and future-state planning
• Review vendor solution designs and ensure compliance with security and service management principles
