4 Station Cafe & Co is hiring a Casual / Temporary Cafe Barista role in West Ryde, NSW. Apply now to be part of our team.

Requirements for this role :

Flexible hours available

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner as they enter the café.

Present drink menus and respond to customer inquiries regarding ingredients and product options.

Take accurate orders, paying close attention to individual preferences such as coffee blends, dairy alternatives, and sweetener ratios.

Prepare high-quality beverages in strict accordance with company recipes and standards.

Serve beverages and ready-to-eat food items, including cookies, pastries, and muffins.

Handle customer transactions efficiently, accepting payments via cash and credit card.

Ensure a constant stock of clean mugs, plates, and utensils is available.

Monitor the functionality of brewing equipment and promptly report any maintenance or repair needs.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Relay customer feedback and provide recommendations to management to enhance service quality.
