This role can be based in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane

About the Role

We are seeking someone to :

  • Build strategic partnerships within ADF, Veteran, Defence corporates and wider Defence communities in line with our core segment targets and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Establish, maintain, and facilitate ongoing engagement with key corporate stakeholders nationally to support regional relationships, on-site opportunities to achieve corporate growth targets.
  • Support execution of Defence Health’s Business Strategy to deliver against company performance targets and meeting corporate and member needs.
  • Deliver agreed commercial outcomes including revenue / net growth, member retention, gross margin and member experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Partnerships, Sales or Account Management roles
  • Task-focused and outcome driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and coordinate resources
  • Effective relationship management with the ability to build rapport and mutually beneficial partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to negotiate and influence to drive commercial outcomes both internally and externally
  • Personal leadership : Authentic, resilient, and considerate of impact on others; brings company and personal values to life every day
