Customer Service Representative – NSW Government Department
Location: Castle Hill
Start Date: 25 September 2025
End Date: 2 January 2026
Pay Rate: $35.80 per hour + super
About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused professionals to join our team as the first point of contact for the community, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service and support across a wide range of enquiries.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within a Government environment, where you’ll be supported by comprehensive training and friendly colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
We want to hear from candidates who have:
✅ 2–3 years’ customer service experience (call centre, administration, retail, or front-of-office roles)
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Experience in an office environment
✅ Intermediate computer skills, including:
✅ The ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt with ease
Previous government experience is highly regarded but not essential.
